Red Dragon

Red Dragon by Barney’s Farm is a productive strain that was born from a cross between a Himalaya Kush with a Brazilian sativa with high THC levels. The result was a balanced hybrid capable of giving amazing Afghan-style yields.

Indoors, this strain loves being under artificial lighting as long as you keep its height under control. There are two different phenotypes; the first one has extremely compact buds right to the tips, and you’ll need to control the humidity as dense buds rot quite easily. The second phenotype is more sativa, as it grows quite a lot and can be an issue if you don’t have much space. You can get around 600g per square meter from this absolutely amazing plant.

Outdoors, this plant is absolutely marvelous – its enormous leaves will turn a lovely clear, light green colors. It has clear characteristics of both indica and sativa strains; it has an excellent Haze odor, as well as round buds, which are obviously from its indica genes. You should be able to get harvests of up to 800g from properly grown plants that should be ready towards the end of September.

This strain’s effect is initially euphoric, and it ends in an amazing bodily-relaxing sensation that can easily last for a few hours. The flowers are a beautiful red color and they have a fruity-sweet taste, like tropical Brazilian fruits.
