More product information
If you’re looking for a plant that’ll fit in small spaces or a plant that’ll do well in a discreet, camouflaged grow, Strawberry Cake is the one for you. These plants don’t tend to grow too tall, but the weed it produces is juicily fruity and has intense pain relief effect. This three-way cross (Chronic, White Widow and Cheese) results in a plant that combines the best of each strain; Chronic’s sweet flavor, an intense Cheese aroma, and White Widow’s yield.
Indoors these plants grow a bit shorter and more compact, meaning that they’ll be able to absorb as much light as possible, even on the lower branches. They’ll grow into balls of buds, looking kind of like a natural SCRoG grow. Don’t let them grow for long before flipping the lights or they could grow a bit too much, causing a decrease in yield. After about 60-65 flowering days, your plants should be ready to harvest, producing 500g per square meter.
Outdoors this strain does well in almost any climate, although due to the density of its buds we recommend preventing rot with a natural fungicide called propolis. Strawberry Cake can grow up to a meter and a half tall, growing strong branches that can easily deal with the weight of the buds. It should be ready to harvest towards the beginning of October – if you live somewhere where it rains a lot in October, you might want to pick another strain in order to avoid rot. If you’ve done a good job you can get up to 900g from just one plant.
It has a strong, fruity flavor with an earthy aftertaste that’s typically Cheese. It’s quite capable of giving pain relief, making it ideal to use medicinally for muscle pain. You won’t be able to avoid wanting to plant this baby again and again.
