Lemon Garlic OG

Lemon Garlic OG by Humboldt Seed Organization is a strain that was specifically chosen by California Kind Genetics, that brought a super stable OG Kush to the table which is where this strain comes from. It has hints of garlic and a spicy aftertaste. It’s one of the most sought-after seeds in HSO’s seed catalogue.

Indoors it’ll let off quite the pungent aroma once they’re about two weeks into the flowering period. It has a short flowering period though, ready after just 65 days, which is when they’ll be ready to harvest, dry and cure. As soon as it begins to flower, you’ll see calyxes growing up and down the plant that are covered in a thick layer of resin.

Outdoors these plants can grow quite big, up to 3m tall. It does well in pretty much any climate whether it’s hot or mild, and it flowers before any pesky end of summer rains. If you live somewhere humid or rainy, we recommend growing these plants in a greenhouse in order to avoid issues with rot. Towards the end of September you should be able to harvest these beauties – they can yield up to 900g per seasonal plant.

It has intense, earthy Skunk flavors with an intense citric Afghani flavor, although some special phenotypes are capable of producing a lemon/minty flavor. When inhaling the smoke you’ll feel an intense indica effect that’s heavily relaxing. This strain has highly medicinal properties.
