BCN Diesel CBD by Kannabia Seeds has won several professional cannabis competitions. It has earned a reputation for being one of the Diesel strains with the densest buds out there. This strain is highly recommended medicinally thanks to its THC:CBD 1:2 ratio. It yields harvests worthy of the best Afghan strains.
In the past, if you wanted a Diesel plant you had to wait for at least 75 days before you could enjoy its effects. Besides, old school Diesel plants weren't very productive. Nowadays, thanks to a unique hybridization, a reduced flowering time has been achieved while yields have been increased. Finally, it was crossed again with an Afghan strain to give it an extra boost of resin and therefore, of flavor. The result is amazing: a relaxing plant that provides plenty of laughter and a true Diesel taste along with large yields in very little time.
When you plant it indoors it grows considerably, so we recommend using a SCRoG system or to make your own cuttings and grow them using a SoG. This way you will make the most of its delicious flowers, getting up to 500g per m2 in only 65 days of flowering. When drying, the buds will appear to almost get bigger, and they'll be almost the same as when you harvested them, which makes this plant very suitable for commercial growers.
When growing outdoors you must find a sunny spot in order to get the best yields. Under the right conditions you'll be able to collect up to 1kg per plant which will be ready by mid-October. It has many medicinal purposes thanks to its high levels of CBD and non-narcotic effect. BCN Diesel feeds well and tends to turn yellowish in case of nutritional deficiency or excess. As long as you take care of it properly, keeping humidity under control, it will reward you with incredible buds.
In terms of taste, its buds are acrid and strong but they turn soft and very light over time. It is difficult to become bored of this strain since it has a very unique aroma and taste. This strain is highly recommended for unexperienced growers since it provides a rewarding yieldeven with very basic care. Unlike other high CBD strains, this one has more THC than CBD; 13% THC and just 7% CBD. The high is physically relaxing, although not too intense, capable of calming various aches and pains such as anxiety and insomnia.
