Special Queen 1 by Royal Queen Seeds is a plant that’s easy to grow – it does well both indoors and outdoors, like any good Skunk. This strain comes from a combination between Afghan, Mexican and Colombian plants, making for a balanced indica/sativa strain that flowers extremely fast.

When grown indoors under artificial lighting, it grows incredibly well and you’ll practically be able to see the buds grow minute by minute once it begins flowering. You might want to train its branches with a SCRoG net in order to get the most out of this strain. It’s also quite a fast plant, finishing up after just 60 flowering days.

Outdoors it behaves more or less the same as indoors, although it’ll grow a bit taller – around 2m tall at max and practically as wide, with a long central calyx that looks like it’s been covered in sugar towards the end of the flowering period. Towards mid-October you get large yields from this strain.

This strain honestly doesn’t need much care, just sunlight and some nutrients. It has a typically Skunk flavor with a sweet hint of earth in the aftertaste. It gives a strong, mentally intense effect. If you’re a beginner and you don’t want to risk losing your seeds, this is the best strain for you.

  • Sativa/Indica: 50/50%
  • Flowering: 60 days indoors, mid-October outdoors.
  • Height: 1m indoors, 1-3m outdoors.
