Green Gelato

Green Gelato by Royal Queen Seeds is an indica-dominant plant that grows to an average height with a strong growth period. It does well in pretty much every environment, and it appreciates being pruned here and there. This strain comes from Sunset Sherbet and a Thin Mint Girl Scout Cookies. The resulting plant has THC levels of around 25%.

When planted indoors you’ll be able to grow plants with a ridiculously thick layer of resin. In order to fill out a square meter you’ll need to place about 9 plants and give them around 3 growing weeks before flipping the lights. If they begin to get too tall you can always top them which will also increase yield on the branches. After 9-10 flowering weeks you’ll be able to harvest up to 550g per square meter.

Outdoors this strain is capable of putting up with many different issues. You can grow it in cold or hot climates, all it needs is plenty of space and direct sunlight. Under the right conditions this strain is capable of growing over two meters tall easily. If this strain gets cold enough towards the last few flowering weeks it can go some amazing pinkish colors. Towards the beginning of October you’ll be able to harvest up to 700g per plant under the right conditions.

The best part about this beauty is its flavor; it combines Thin Mint sweet flavors with a citric, Sunset Sherbet flavor. Its effect is somewhat of a double whammy, giving a physically relaxing sensation and a mentally stimulating feeling at the same time.
