Durban by Sensi Seeds is a potent sativa strain from South Africa, known for its rapid flowering period and excellent adaptation to cold climates. It has a very characteristic effect, and in small doses it acts exactly like a sativa, giving a stimulating brain effect. It’s one of those sativa strains that make your eyes itch after smoking, and if you use too much you might not even be able to open them.
In indoor crops you’ll get a plant with not many branches, a long structure and a thin but resistant trunk, so we recommend using the SOG (Sea of Green) method. With 20 plants per square meter you’ll have your growing area fully covered and with a high production rate, with buds hanging down to the floor and a long, productive main stem. Under 600w grow lights you’ll be able to harvest up to 450g after a flowering period that may last from 50 to 70 days. You’ll need check each plant before harvesting, because all of them won’t be ready at the same time.
For outdoor crops, this strain will suit cold climates perfectly, having become accustomed to the long, cold South African nights. Plants won’t grow to be too tall so they’re also perfect for balconies where you don’t want anyone to know you’re growing marijuana. Planted in the ground you can get up to 800g per specimen, the harvest being ready by mid-October.
