Ak-47

AK-47 is a strain that has won plenty of competitions around the world. Everyone should grow this strain at least once; this sativa-dominant plant is a unique experience and has an extremely intense effect.

Indoors it can grow large, yielding compact flowers with few branches, so it’s quite easy to trim when it comes time to dry and cure is flowers. Make sure you hang on to the trimmings too, as you can make some quality extracts from them. Its dense smoke makes for quite an experience, and you won’t want to smoke it on your own if you don’t want to pull a whitey. With around 9 plants per square meter you should be able to harvest around 400g per square meter.

Outdoors it grows differently than indoors; it grows tall and wide, allowing sunlight to reach even the lowest branches and leaves, which increases yield all over the plant. Make sure you feed it using a regular schedule, as this plant feeds quite a lot and appreciates large amounts of fertilizers – you might want to give it a flowering stimulant too.

This plant is perfect for experienced growers and can still be grown by beginners. Its lemony, rough flavor is incredibly Old School and if you were smoking 15-20 years ago, this strain can be quite nostalgic. It also has multiple medicinal uses.
