White Russian by Serious Seeds might just be your new favorite strain once you try it thanks to its unique flavor. This indica is highly relaxing; it comes from an AK-47 and a White Widow, resulting in a strain that has won competitions all over the world. It’s also known as one of the best strains for clones because they’re quite fast at rooting. Many consumers decide to keep this plant as a mother plant and use it for clones every year.
It has an intense White Widow fragrance and flavor, offering a more mentally-stimulating effect due to its AK-47 genes. Its buds are the perfect combination of both strains, and it’s hard to tell which strain’s genetic makeup takes preference.
Indoors it’ll grow meaty, thick buds, letting off a fragrance similar to Warlock strains. It should be ready to harvest around 65 days after flipping the lights to flower, producing up to 450g with 10 plants per square meter. Towards the end of the flowering period you’ll be able to enjoy its intense aroma and once it finishes flowering and you dry/cure it, you’ll be able to enjoy its deliciously sticky resin that’ll KO even the most experienced of your smoker friends. You might want to train it in order to open up its branches a bit more and make the most out of your grow lights.
Outdoors it’ll be ready to harvest around mid-October, yielding up to 400g per plant when done right. It has a robust structure with small leaves, making it much easier to trim. White Russian yields large buds that you’ll need to train if you don’t want them brushing off the ground in the wind. You should almost always try and plant this strain straight into the ground when you can in order to grow it as large as possible. It also needs a hefty source of nitrogen and phosphorus to grow properly and stay nice and green.
The high it gives is perfect for after a hard day at work or to control nerves. It has a lemony, acidic and intense flavor that will have your taste buds begging for more. This strain is also highly recommended for extracts thanks to its thick layer of resin, clearly influenced by its White Widow genes.
