These silent MDF Air Boxes are highly efficient. They’re basically a fan inside a wooden box that has been completely soundproofed – you’ll forget that it’s even on.
The MDF Air Box extractor has quality motors that are designed to be left on for long stretches of time without deteriorating.
The inside of the box is layered in foam that soundproofs the box entirely and removes any sort of internal vibration. These extractors are perfect for large rooms or to exhaust air from various grow tents or grow rooms – some models have two ducting outlets.
You need metal takeoff collars in order to connect your ducting, which do not come with the extractor itself, so you can choose your own diameters and sizes. This chart has recommended sizes so that you can have a general idea. All models use 220v.
