The model HI98129 by Hanna is waterproof and therefore we won't have any problem due to splashing. Even if it fell inside the tank, the instrument will keep on working and giving precise readings.

This combo model by Hanna gives us the possibility of keeping all irrigation water parameters under control. With the aid of this instrument we'll be able to keep our aqueous solutions in perfect conditions and adjust the different parameters according to what is needed at that specific time of the growing cycle.

It is recommended to calibrate the meter once a month approximately depending on how much you use it. This way, you'll keep it working perfectly at all times.

Also, we must use cleaning liquids every year to prolong the service life of our meters and particularly of the electrode. In addition, if we're planning not to use the meter for a while, it will be better kept if we use the maintenance solution.

It includes a wrench to remove the electrode easily so that, if you ever have problems with it, you can replace the probe effortlessly yourself.
