Canna Calcium

Calcium by Canna is a calcium supplement to add to the irrigation water if you use distilled or osmotized water, or a water low in calcium such as rain water. It the leaves of your plants yellow during the flowering stage, it could be a deficiency of calcium. To prevent it, you can add this product to the nutrient mix.

This product is completely water soluble and 100% assimilable by your plants, so it can be safely used with hydroponic and aeroponic systems. It’s compatible with all kinds of substrates, be they inert or organic.

It can be combined with any kind of product of any brand, or it can be simply added to the water in order to alternate nutrient and nutrient-less irrigations, if you use a complete substrate like Canna Terra Professional Plus or Bio Canna Bio Terra Professional Plus.

Calcium stabilizes the tissues of the plants and strengthens the cell walls. It also regulates the hormonal system, favouring the correct transportation of nutrients and water inside the plants.

Remember that base fertilizers contain everything the plants need and that the excess of calcium can be harmful because it can cause a deficiency of magnesium.

It can be used to solve calcium deficiencies, to increase the Ec of osmotized water or to prevent our plants from running out of this mineral.

Calcium by Cannas’s dosage and usage:

• Add 1-2mL per litre of water and irrigate as usual.
• Use once a week as long as the deficiency is not solved.
• Use small doses as prevention and larger as recovery.
