Ph Up

pH Up by GHE is a product to increase the acidity of the irrigation mix used with your plants, so they can correctly assimilate all the nutrients supplied. It will mean significant savings in time and money.

Your plants directly absorb the nutrients present in the growing medium’s water, and these can only be assimilated when the pH levels are between 5.3 and 6.5, depending on the stage your plants are in, and on the medium where they are growing in.

When the pH is very low, your plants will have problems assimilating macronutrients and mineral deficiencies can quickly appear. To prevent those problems, measure the acidity of the nutrient mix and correct the pH if it’s necessary.

Dosage and usage of pH Up by GHE:

• Measures the nutrient solution’s acidity with, for example, the pH Test Kit by GHE.
• If the level is very low, like below 5.3, add a couple of drops of pH Up raise the pH. Stir and let stand for a couple of minutes.
• Measure the irrigation water’s pH again and check if it’s correct or if you must continue increasing the acidity level.

You’ll keep doing this until you get to know irrigation water.
