The Double-hosed shisha is essentially a large hookah that two people can smoke at the same time. All you have to do is add in flavored tobacco, and if you want, a little bit of hash or weed.
The box contains everything you need to use it; a standard ceramic bowl, a brush for cleaning and tongs to pick up the coal once ignited.
It also includes a metal dish underneath the bowl that's used to catch any remnants of tobacco or ash; you can also use it as an ashtray or as a place to leave the coal if you want to add more tobacco or weed.
We recommend using a torch to ignite the coal much faster.
