You need to fill the tube with E-Liquid by Harmony which has a high CBD concentration, a cannabinoid capable of amazing medicinal properties without altering the consumer’s mood. We don’t recommend completely filling the tube; for optimal performance we recommend filling the tube until the 1.6ml mark. It has a meter so that you can see exactly how much liquid is in the electronic cigarette, as well as knowing how much liquid you’ve put into it.
